Case 4 – plantar fasciitis

• Nurse with plantar fasciitis
• 6 months of increasing problem
• X-ray showed bony spur
• 3 physiotherapy sessions – soft tissue work to calf and advice++
• Patient reported they were 95% normal at discharge (was 0% normal at start of treatment).
